A Litle Extra Help
We all experience less-than-optimal mental health now and then; whether that’s because of fear, stress, sadness, confusion, grief or some other kind of mental distress. Here are some resources to help you in your current season, or to help someone you know.

Symptoms of having mental health struggles include negative changes in thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. These symptoms can often be:

Intense: Stronger and more persistent than usual ups and downs

Long lasting: Two weeks or more

Negatively affecting: Daily routine, relationships, or responsibilities
